On items listed available for purchase, please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing. If additional material is needed to ship your order this will be communicated to you. For custom orders, please allow 1 - 3 days to consult and 2-4 weeks for processing, depending on size. Please submit our Custom Art Request Form if you are interested in a custom piece and we will review and contact you within 1-3 business days to discuss.

We can do expedited orders for an additional cost. Please be aware final delivery is dependent on shipping carrier.

We appreciate your business with Heart's Desire and your satisfaction is our top priority; but please understand that all orders including customs work is non refundable or exchangeable. If you receive any items from Heart's Desire, that are defective or damaged please notify us via email within 7 days of delivery so we can address and rectify your order.  Thank you for your understanding.

All smaller wall art will have sawtooth hanger already installed. French cleat hangers can be purchased and installed separately for some larger pieces.  Anything over 15lbs will not include hanging hardware for liability reasons. Professional installation is recommended for anything over 10lbs. Heart's Desire, is not responsible for any injury or damage due to improper handling.

Since resin/epoxy is technically a form of glass Windex Multisurface Disinfectant Cleaner can be used with a microfiber cloth. For the crystal areas pressurized air is recommended to get the dust out. This can be found in Office Depot used to clean keyboards.
