Refunds & Returns Policies
We appreciate your business with Heart’s Desire by Adrielle & the HeartsDesire.Art website. Your satisfaction is our top priority; but please understand that all orders including custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable. All sales are final. If you receive any items from HeartsDesire.Art that are defective or damaged please notify us via email or our contact form within 7 days of delivery so we can address and rectify your order. Thank you for your understanding.
To be eligible for a return, your must contact us via email at HeartsDesireArt@icloud.com or via our Contact Form. Once we receive your contact information, we will contact you within 24-48 hours and review your options. Please include your full name, email address, contact phone number, order number from confirmation email, item(s) ordered, address where item(s) was/were shipped, damage information and any images of any damages.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom Printed Apparel (unless received damaged)
Please do not send your purchase back to us or the shipping company / vendor until we have contacted you to avoid further delay.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you again to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of decision for refund or reissue. This decision is dependent on items purchased and condition of item. The decision of refund or reissue is solely up to Heart’s Desire. If damaged beyond repair you will be refunded minus shipping costs. If damages are minor and can be repaired purchased item will be repaired and reissued to customer.
If approved for refund it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days this also dependent on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days after notification that one has been issued, please first check your banking institution and / or your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping & Shipping Returns
All orders include tracking numbers & shipping insurance to ensure you receive your order timely and in the intended condition.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be sanitized, packaged and shipped off to you. Some orders including commission’s may take longer if additional supplies are needed to ship your item securely to you.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders
Orders are provided at the best rate possible. Please be aware that international packages are subjected to duties and taxes by your local customs authorities. Hearts desire, is not responsible for these costs. For more information please visit your local customs authorities website.
Returns
If approved, we will contact you and let you know where to return your item. Unless otherwise discussed you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost shipping will not be included in the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor do we guarantee that we will receive your item undamaged.
Commission Orders
Cancellations. Client can request to cancel a booked commission prior to deposit. After deposit is paid work is in progress. All deposits are non refundable all payments final.
